[SOBUJANG Startup] The Ministry of SMEs and Startups (중소벤처기업부) has initiated a project called ‘Top 100 Startups for Regional Revitalization’ since 2020, with the aim of fostering 100 companies by 2025 that can contribute to local economic growth. Every year, 20 startups are selected for support, which includes funding, mentoring, and research and development assistance. The Seoul Innovation Center for Creative Economy and Innovation has been actively involved in this initiative, and last year, they supported 8 selected companies.
